My Charge HR will not turn on unless it is plugged in to charge.
The battery shows as full when plugged in and I have tried the reset method (holding button until version number comes up and disconnecting) numerous times.
I have unsynced it from my phone in an effort to get it to work and can't even resync it. I get got the stage where the Fitbit displays four number and I type them into my phone but it will not sync after that.
The Fitbit won't even turn on if not plugged in. I have also tried restarting my phone. I have just updated my Fitbit Charge HR and now this is occurring.
Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated 😁
