Hi, My Charge HR battery is lasting 2 days. The tracker is 5 years old.
I’ve spoken to the Fitbit costumer service and I was offered a replacement product or 50% off the retail price of the tracker to put towards a new Fitbit.
If I recall correctly, this Charge HR cost me $165ish and the Charge 4 is $249.95. It’s a discontinued tracker so my question is: how do they replace a tracker that’s been discontinued?? Will it be a refurbished tracker or will they upgrade it?

Hello @AshB_ and welcome to the Help forums. I want to start by saying that I am not a Fitbit employee, so this opinion is strictly my own. When I read other posts by other users, I'm left with the feeling that the people at customer service are told to give all users a similar offer, but might not know at all that your tracker has been discontinued for several years. I honestly don't think they have a replacement Charge HR to send you.
If I understand what you are saying about the discount, a web search said that the Charge HR was $130ish new.
