Charge HR display not working

My Charge HR is having a weird problem.It suddenly shuts off and suddenly the green lights start blinking.Even the tapping is not working when the Charge HR sometimes shows up. It is not able to sync with my app.

Hi, @Omi30 , have you tried giving your Charge HR a restart?  Sometimes you need to try this several times, but it can often help.  Let us know how it goes.

Hey @Julia_G Restarting is even not working 😫
I ll tell u  another problem,sometimes the watch goes in a kinda sleep mode and sunddenly after few minutes the green light flashes once and ‘v128’ turns up on display,without me touching the watch.I am puzzled by this weird problem

Any chance your button is stuck down? If you hold the button down about 20-30 seconds, the green lights flash and you get a code like V128. That is how you reset the Charge HR. But it shouldn't happen on its own.

@Omi30 , yes , @jt_stl  is correct.  That indicates that your Charge HR has restarted.  

It is possible that it is coming to the end of its life...
