I haven't used my device in about a year but it has been safely stored. I plugged it in to charge and it charged to full but will not show anything but the full battery on the display and only when plugged into the wall. Ive done the reset and still the same result. It syncs for a moment when plugged in then the app shows the red exclamation point in the circle. I did successfully update the software but it still will not show anything but states full battery. As I said I did the factory reset a few times but still nothing. Any solution to get my charge hr back in daily use?

Same exact issue, even bought a new charger!!!!
