When I took the charger off watch the pin on side fell out & I can’t get back in & watch not charging please help as o doing steps this month for cancer charity had a while so havnt got receipt

Sorry, but there is nothing further that you can do. That tracker has been out of production for well over 2 years now and there are no replacements.
