Charge HR not charging

Haven't used for last 2 years, now when tried to charge. It is not working, not giving any response.

Tried  by putting in the charger for more than an hour but still no luck. Any other option is there. Please suggest any option is there.

Hi @sppalvesh  after two years, you can't expect a dead battery to come to live after an hour. Try putting it back on the charger and restarting it a few times and see if revives. Often these devices, after being dead for so long, just don't spring back to life. Try cleaning all the contact points on the device and the charger, too. Might be some dust in there. Let us know what happens.
