I started the factory reset process on my fitbit after failing to pair to my phone, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, turning my phone on and off etc. Now the fitbit will not move past the ERASE screen. It won't let me restart the process by plugging it back in and retrying the factory reset?? It was supposed to shut off after this step but it stuck....

I was able to confirm you contacted support via email and they were able to provide you a response, if you have any other questions or concerns, my best recommendation would be to respond the email they sent you and continue the interaction with them.
