So I’ve had my fitbit charge 3 for almost a year and after updating it numerous issues have occurred.
My charge 3 won’t stop vibrating, the watch’s home button only works sometimes making it a struggle to restart, and too often it tells me that my resting heart rate has reached its peak of 175 bpm, when that is not the case.
I’ve been looking for solutions via this forum and have followed the tips/instructions of those who work for fitbit and nothing seems to work.
To specify more clearly, I’ve tried the general reset of holding the home button while on the charging dock and I have held the home button on the charging dock for around 15 seconds, and neither of these approaches has remedied my situation.
What else can I possibly do?
