Hi there,
My 11-year old son has a Charge. He got it at Christmas time. He's been super responsible with it and wears it most every day. So far so good. Then, about 2-weeks ago or so, it stopped working. It will not charge. Any idea why this might happen? we're outside the exchange window and purchased from a Vendor on Amazon, so I don't know what sort of recourse we might have... any ideas to get it working again would be good too. Thanks!!

Thanks for your Message Wendy. I tried cleaning and restarting. I did go through the steps on the website again - to make sure I didn't miss anything. It's not powering on at all.
