Got my old charge hr out today. Hooked it up to the iOS app. Shows synced and 100% battery. But no screen. Pressing the button for a lengthy time shows either a hatched battery or a battery with an !

Hi @Stephencday Rechargeable batteries, like those in a Fitbit, have a lifespan. They can even degrade in storage. A battery with an exclamation point is the symbol for a critically low battery. That battery is about 10 years old and can’t hold a charge. Please dispose of it as e-waste by your local rules.
