Hi so I bought this yesterday second hand. Charged it for 2 hours linked it up to the app. The steps are recording fine. Set up my sleep times it’s told me I’ve slept 13 hours! I haven’t I’ve slept about 6! Also I’ve woken up with the battery needing to be charged. Shouldn’t it last a few days?

If you bought it second hand there is no way of knowing what it went through in the past. If a restart doesn't help I would say you are stuck.
