I have a fitbit hr  and have charged it for quite some time.  When it's plugged in it'll boot up showing me the fitbit logo then a full battery But as soon as i unplug it, it shuts off and becomes in responsive. I've tried resetting it but still nothing. App shows battery fully charge. Completed the 10 second reset

Mine is doing the same thing. I even tried to do a factory reset but it won't let me due to the fact there is no power to it when it's unplugged! Let me know if you find a solution.

Same happened to me 4 days ago, i have gone through 3 fitbits and unfortunately each and everyone had a max life of 2 years, and unfortunately their warranty is of course 1 year.

I called to see what can be done and only solution was 25% off a new version post warranty.

Needless to say that was officially my last fitbit. As much as I love wearing it, i can’t keep keep supporting something that lasts between 6 months and 2 years each time.
