I have tried restarting both watch & iPhone as instructed didn’t work. Have tried deleting app & reinstalling didn’t work. Tried turning off Bluetooth & restarting & syncing again that didn’t work. Nothing I have tried will restore my charge2 clock face display choices. Haven’t tried computer Fitbit dashboard yet. Might sound stupid but when you do this do you need to connect your Fitbit watch to your computer ? It seems like quite a few people are having the same issue no matter the version of Fitbit Watch you have. I find it annoying that Fitbit are aware of this issue and have been for some time but have still done nothing to resolve it. Surely Fitbit Technical Support must know something and why aren’t they publishing suggestions or sending email suggestions to those people who report issues. This sets up Fitbit dissatisfaction in its products and therefore lose customers great way to kill a business with no Real Customer Support and Technical Advise to fix Fitbit product problems. Your aware of these issues Fitbit Fix The Clock Face Display Problem!!!!!!
