My charger 3 is not keeping the correct time! How ca I fix this?

Time is set only by syncing with your phone or computer. Go to Fitbit.com and click on the gear icon at the upper right and then Settings. Scroll down to Time zone and set it correctly. Then scroll on down and click on Submit and then sync your tracker.

Same here and having problems syncing have only managed to sync once a day since last week and this is after a lot of resetting phone and tracker
