Charging problem with Charge 3

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Last year I upgraded to a new Charge 3. All was well until this weekend, when it suddenly began draining the battery at a surreal rate. I double checked all the settings and everything seemed set for maximum battery life. Then this afternoon it suddenly died. It displays a smiling face but I can't seem to restart it and after plugging it in on my laptop the dashboard says it the battery is empty. It won't take a charge now at all. Help!

It started getting really hot and then wouldn't respond at all. I returned it to Costco.
