Clock face stopped working?

Everything on my Fitbit works, it tracks everything and syncs it to my phone still. However none of it is displayed on the clock face and I'm not sure why. It just started a day or two ago and it hasn't gotten excessively wet. Just not understanding what's wrong with it.

Hi @Nzar1 its great to see new members around the forums! Smiley Very Happy So your Charge HR seems to be tracking and syncing but, there is not data on the display, right? If so, I suggest you to try to restart your Fitbit by following the instructions on this post.

Thank you for the advice! Sadly it didn't work the code that should pop up when I restart it didn't even show up the green light just flashed after ten seconds.

Thanks for your response @Nzar1! after around 10- 12 seconds of pressing the side button, the lights on the back flashes, but if your tracker still not showing anything on the screen, is time for you to contact Fitbit Support and let them know the steps you already taken to fix this. I'm pretty sure they will find the solution for this. Smiley Wink

Unfortunately never fixed! Got myself a versa instead!

Hey @Vicki--jones, let me give you a warm welcome to the Community! In order to try to fix this, have you tried to restart your Charge HR? If you haven't, please give it a tr by following the instructions in this help article. 

 

Thanks for your reply @Nzar1! Oh! Sounds bad that your Charge HR didn't fix but on the other side, sounds great that you have a Versa now. It is a pretty great watch. Hope you enjoy it along with all it's features.
