Hi @Nzar1 its great to see new members around the forums!
So your Charge HR seems to be tracking and syncing but, there is not data on the display, right? If so, I suggest you to try to restart your Fitbit by following the instructions on this post.

Thanks for your response @Nzar1! after around 10- 12 seconds of pressing the side button, the lights on the back flashes, but if your tracker still not showing anything on the screen, is time for you to contact Fitbit Support and let them know the steps you already taken to fix this. I'm pretty sure they will find the solution for this. ![]()

Hey @Vicki--jones, let me give you a warm welcome to the Community! In order to try to fix this, have you tried to restart your Charge HR? If you haven't, please give it a tr by following the instructions in this help article.
Thanks for your reply @Nzar1! Oh! Sounds bad that your Charge HR didn't fix but on the other side, sounds great that you have a Versa now. It is a pretty great watch. Hope you enjoy it along with all it's features.
