Clock is not correct

I have synced my fit bit charge several times with my phone.  The correct time is still not displayed.  My steps are not showing up either. Says I have gone 0 steps.  I have tried rebootiinng the program, the Bluetooth, added wifi hotspot so far nothing has worked.
