Despite all these problems STILL being reported, they are burying the Charge 3 in a catch all topic? 😞

Hi @Travlr  looks to be more of a forum repositioning. When new products are released, the older device forum areas seem to be merged into the previous versions. The announcement does say that Moderators will still be there for some of the Charge 3 topics. It's a huge forum and you'll still have someone to help you out. Something going on today?

The new forum says it is mostly customer to customer support. I also take it that there will never be another firmware update for the Charge 3, despite the issues people are having, and many which originated from the last update. I skipped that one after reading all the issues.

Travis, Will you update if a newer firmware is available soon?  I have the last one that you skipped. I suppose I have nothing to lose & can only hope it fixes some

Charge 3 issues. Just curious as you  waited on the last update. Nice call. 8 )

@Travlr This banner is simply a courtesy message to explain why Charge 3 threads currently exist in two different places. It's basically a "Mind Our Dust" sign while some reorganization takes place.

This doesn't represent decreased support or any form of "abandonment" for Charge 3 - we're simply trying to keep the forum easy to navigate by reducing the overall number of boards.

Moot point, IMHO there won't be another firmware update for the Charge 3, just not worth it to Fitbit. If there was, I would again look at the feedback before updating.  But my Charge 3 is almost a year old and in my experience they don't last much longer than that. Researching non Fitbit replacements.

And thanks to the moderator for changing the title of my post.  I still take it as an abandonment of the Charge 3 by Fitbit. And, as a user, a separate forum category for the Charge 3 is easier for me to navigate and find issues.
