Connecting a replacement charge 3

i Have a Fitbit for 3 years now. Bought in januari the new charge 3. Suddenly the screen went black so I received a replacement! So happy:-)

but...

I cannot connect the replaced one! I tried everything! It is not connecting. I removed my old and. Tried to connect with my pc. Nothing works. Who can help me out with this frustrating matter?
(The green light is also not working on the back of the Fitbit.) looking forward to your reply. Cheers Heleen

Hi there! It is a iPhone 11. So that shouldn’t be the problem. But after a few attempts it suddenly connected! Happy :-). Next problem. It not syncing. And it can’t find my iPhone. Or my phone can’t find mine Fitbit. I turned on location tracker. Do you have any suggestions?

Hi. It is still not working. I will receive my new pebble today. Hopefully
