Corrupted screen for the 2nd time!

I bought a charge 3 in November / December 2018 but unfortunately the screen became corrupted with the white vertical lines.  However I was provided with a replacement from fitbit as the product was still just in warranty. The issue has now occurred in the replacement again within a year of having it. None of the restart remedies work to fix it nor does changing the clock face. I love my charge 3 when it's working but this seems like a problem for so many.

This is exactly where I am. I am trying to get hold of them but really am battling.
