I too have a Fitbit Charge 2 with a badly cracked screen. It still works and syncs with my phone just fine. It is not quite 3 yrs old. I really like it and don’t want to replace it if it can be repaired. What are my options?

NOT a happy bunny. CRACKED screen - just appeared, similar to other reports - clearly a known fault. Item roughly 31/32 months old. Outside warranty - but should be possible to repair. Fitbit does not provide a repair service or make it possible to repair. I do not want to buy a new product simply because the screen has cracked and may affect the efficiency of my device. I have seen on line where it is possible to repair but only if you can get the bits. It's a five minute job. Possibly less. But instead, policy dictates I can't get this sorted by Fitbit. YES, I have dealt with Fitbit webchat (two because while I was struggling to get a suitable picture, as requested, and to transfer it to the device I was 'chatting' on, the agent had to go off line after a minute (I understand they need to be free to chat to others). I will be exploring other options as items should be made to last and where there is a known 'short life' problem of a part, then this should be something that a firm, any firm, factor in in their processes/ repair options.
