Can someone tell me why my dashboard ends at 17 March.This is the day I connected my current Charge 4. My dashboard tells me “no devices connected”. How do I activate my dashboard?

It sounds like maybe you created a new Fitbit account with a different email for your new Charge 4. If so. what you should have done, and might still want to do is
log into your old account with previous email and Add a Device to that account.
