I've searched around this site but haven't found a person with this exact problem. If screenshots will help, I can do that.
Anyway, I first noticed this with sleep data a few months ago. I'd sync my Fitbit Charge 2 HR with my computer (Windows 10) and sleep data would appear one way (say, 8 hours, whatever). Then I'd flip through a few screens via the dashboard and when I came back to the sleep one, it'd be showing less sleep time (say, 5 hours). That problem seems to have stopped for now. But today, I was looking at the 1 month history of my active minutes (bar charts). 19 days of the last month showed me having 30+ active minutes (averaging 50 minutes a day). Then I went back to it a bit later, and it had dropped to 10 days (average 26 minutes a day). Same screen, different data. An example of a single day's discrepancy - April 9th showed 37 minutes active the first time, then 29 minutes active later. I don't understand...which number is correct? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
Edit: I just noticed that when the lower number of active minutes is shown, if you actually click on the day and add up the numbers on the bar chart, you get the higher number. So for April 9th, while it shows 29 minutes on the right-hand part of the screen, and on the 1 month summary bar chart, if you click on the day and add up the bars (15 +11 + 11 in this case) you get 37 minutes. So this is obviously some sort of display glitch.
Edit2: I uploaded screenshots. Not sure if the links will show up here but here goes:

Hello @VolcanoMan let me give you a warm welcome to our Community and a hand with your active minutes concern.
I'd like to share with you that your Fitbit device recognizes and awards active minutes when the activity you're doing is more strenuous than regular walking, which includes everything from a brisk walk to a cardio workout or run. Seems odd that the information shown on your account is constantly changing. Therefore, I'll contact our Support team regarding this concern to receive further assistance. Please keep an eye to your email inbox because they'll be contacting you soon.
In the meantime they contact you, let me know if I can do anything else for you. Keep me posted.
