Detailed sleep has stopped working

My charge 2 started recording only simplified sleep details on 1st July and has only worked correctly once since then. I haven’t changed anything in the app, how I wear the Fitbit etc. and have never had this problem before. Has anybody else had this problem suddenly start or know how I can resolve it please? The simplified sleep details are awful, very inaccurate.

Same problem, started at end of June. I also put in a trouble and was given the stock answers.

Most of us have found and tried these stock answers/solutions already, with no success.

Nobody seems concerned, that more and more of us are having problems with sleep stages, only getting basic.

I’ve emailed Fitbit but haven’t yet had reply. If it was a ‘one-off’ I could understand it but not to suddenly start happening every night when it’s never done it before. Seems more like a bug.

Mine hasn't log sleep in the last 3 days.  It is weird.  Never have had any issues prior to this.

Mine's been only tracking basic for the last 3 weeks and that's after 18
months or so, with maybe a basic track only once or twice every few month.
Very frustrated, and it appears as if's happening to more and more of us.

We all try to resolve, using the suggested fixes, but our sleep tracking
issues continue.
