Device battery life

Hi,

How long should the charge in my fitbit Charge HR 2 last? I put it on yesterday fully charged and it's already saying low battery in red. Surely it can't just last less than 2 days. It was fully charged when I put it on. I'm finding that I'm having to charge it more and more frequently. Please advise how long it should last and how I can replace the battery as I would expect it should last longer.

Thanks!

Hello @01Sej, welcome to the Community Forums!

I appreciate the information and details that were shared in your post. Let me share with you that the battery of our Charge 2 device was designed to last 5 days, but this also depends on how frequently you use it’s features. That said, I recommend you charging your Fitbit device with a USB port from a computer or a UL-certified outlet into the wall and then turn off all the features that you don’t use that much. After doing so, please this help article for more tips and recommendations.

Such article includes as restart process that will refresh device device's performance.

Keep me posted, I’ll be right here if you need anything else.
