Device losing Bluetooth connection with Google Pixel 3

For the last 1-2 months, my Charge 2 has lost Bluetooth connection. I have reset the watch, removed the watch from Bluetooth to reset the connection, and un- and reinstalled the app. The only success I have is turning my phone off and back on. Seeing if anyone else has experienced something similar. My phone is a Google pixel 3.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for troubleshooting your device prior to posting too. To better assist you with this can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced such inconvenience and how many times since then? Does this occur randomly or when another Bluetooth device is nearby? If you haven't already done so, please try the following steps:

 

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  2. Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
  3. Make sure that the OS version of your phone is up to date.
  4. Reboot your mobile device.
  5. Reinstall the Fitbit app.
  6. Login using your account credentials.
  7. Let me know if the issue persists.
