Device not charging

I didn't get a chance to charge it for two days and when I tried today, its not turning on 

Have tried the measures given on the support page but still no luck 😞 

Can someone please help?!

I tried all this and it still doesn’t work. I traveled without it. It’s so upsetting, it’s been just one year 😞
