After IOS 13.4.1 my Charger2 can't be found when I initiate syncing. I've tried shutting phone off, turning bluetooth off and back on, deleting the Fitbit app and reinstalling. Anyone else havivg this issue and were able to fix it?

This does seem to be a known issue. Have a look at the following thread where Fitbit are posting updates and suggestions:
