Device not recording Sleep Stages

Starting 3 days ago I stopped getting sleep stages in the android app.  The Fitbit is in the usual place and is not loose.  I can see what looks to be uninterrupted heartbeat readings all night in the heartrate area... has something changed in the app? (Battery is 80% on the fitbit)

I appreciate the information and details that were shared in your post. As it turns out, since Sleep Stages use your heart rate measurements to record detailed sleep information, if you're experiencing difficulties with heart rate tracking this could be the root cause of your concern. That being said and to better assist you, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this and how many time since then? Also, are you receiving basic sleep graphs or no sleep information at all? Which mobile device you're currently using?

 

In the meantime I receive your answers to the above questions, please restart your mobile device and check more about heart rate tracking here

The heart rate tracking area seems to be fine for the three days I didn't
get sleep info (I did get the basic sleep info but not the stages)
I havent had the device on since I posted but can try again.
