Device not recording sleep accurately

Hi, for over a year my Charge 2 has recorded my sleep with only a few blips.  It always restarted when reset whilst on the charger cable.  Now just the rubbish - sleeping or restless or awake shown.  Watch resets on charger but sleep doesn't.  Any help please.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for troubleshooting your device prior to posting, I know how frustrating this matter can be for you. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? Is your device not tracking Sleep Stages or sleep information at all?

 

If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to restart your device, then change the sleep sensitiveness (On your account settings > Charge 2 > Sleep sensitiveness), then try wearing your device on your non-dominant hand when yo'u're going to sleep and let me know how it goes.

Thanks Ricardo,

I don't get the sleep stages breakdowns anymore.  Problem started intermittently on 20 Dec 2019 then every night from 8 Jan 2020.  I have reset the watch loads of times since this started to no avail.   I can't find where the sleep sensitivity part of my account is.  My software is up to date.   When I tap the Charge2 bit I get 'Sync' or 'General' or 'Help' but no sleep sensitivity.

Hi again

 

In my account, I have advance settings but then no sleep sensitivity listed.  I can change my stride length and change the units I wish to use.
