I give up! After suffering with an intermittent very dim screen, and one that is basically unusable outdoors, have just been told that dimness is not a fault, and to just keep trying the settings. Fitbit keep providing devices that don’t last (was brilliant initially). Not expecting any response. Just venting and hoping that at some point, someone from product design or customer service will address the ongoing quality issues.

Have same trouble.Quality is getting worse.Tried later model with more cost but unreliable again.So frustrating.What is going on?Anne

I debated doing that, but this will be the third fitbit I have had to replace before it has hit 2 years old, and figured I should stop throwing good money after bad. Customer service response was the final straw. My new garmin forerunner was delivered yesterday,
