You are not alone with your disappointment...
A quick look at these pages will show lots of people saying it won't do all sorts of things.
They can't even configure them to do a simple thing like sync without issues (I keep trying with my Macbook pro and my Android phone, always takes several attempts). But - they can develop and find a way of recently installing a stupid game on mine that I didn't ask for, or want.
I have persevered with mine as it was a gift, but if I had bought mine I would be taking it back as not fit for purpose.
It will soon be going in the bin as I have wasted enough of my life trying to make it work the way I want.
A kind gent on here called Rich tries to offers help (thanks Rich), but the product should work out of the box.
