My Charge 3 failed.... again. Over the last few days it won’t hold a battery charge for more then a few hours, vibrates randomly, stopped tracking steps and HR. I have gone through the e-mail support and even after factory resents and multiple reboots, etc they are now looking into my warranty. This is my 3rd charge 3 in 13 months. My first device lasted 10 months before having VERY similar issues, the replacement that was sent never was never able to be setup (seemed like a software issue), I sent that back and this is the replacement I have been using for 2 months. 2 months! I’m frustrated and I’m fairly certain this won’t be covered under warranty.
