My fitbit has been glitching for the past 2 days now and I chatted with customer support and all they can tell me to do is restart my device and if that doesn't work (it didn't) then there is nothing they can do for me and I would need to buy a new device. All this happens right after an update? What kind of customer support is this? This product wasn't cheap and it hasn't even lasted 2 years! This is absolutely ridiculous.
