Display gone crazy

Hi

My charge 2 is acting in a very strange manner!  The notification display keeps coming up randomly flashing and buzzing.  If I hold the button for a few seconds it goes but normal display doesn't come back it will just sit on a a random display such as heart rate and the display stays on and then uses the battery up.  When I start to move the flashing and buzzing notification comes back up and then drains the battery really quickly.

I have tried plugging it into the back of my computer to 'reset' as mentioned in another post but it has made no difference at all.  Some help would really be appreciated.

Hi @Tracey007 , so have you tried restarting your fitbit by connecting to charger and holding the button located on the side until the fitbit logo shows up on the screen and then turning back on? If not, I suggest disconnecting your charge 2 from bluetooth, restarting your phone, restarting your fitbit charge 2, and then reconnecting your fitbit to bluetooth and try syncing from the Fitbit app.

Thanks for your advice.  I have now tried all of this and it is still happening I'm afraid.
