Display not working

I’ve tried resetting my Fitbit multiple times. The screen hasn’t worked for  some time, then, intermittently it works. When the screen works, though, the lights on the underside stop working and it doesn’t track my heart rate.

 

Right now, it’s tracking everything correctly and syncing, but the screen doesn’t work.

I am having the identical problem. I think it is connected to the firmware update. I had no problem before that point, but right after that, the screen stopped working.
