Distance shows 0 after sync

Steps are being tracked on my charge 4 but the distance is showing 0 miles. This has been going on for over a week. Distance is showing if I use the GPS but otherwise it is always 0.

Our team is aware of the situation and is working on a solution to it.

Many users have now confirmed that they were able to fix it by entering the stride length themselves. It's worth a try until our team has worked on the solution.

Hello @Win1 and welcome to the Community.  There seems to be an issue with the automatic stride length.  Please tap on your Exercise days tile, then the three dots in the upper right.  Tap on Activity settings.  Look for the Stride Length setting (swipe up on an iPhone) and tap on it.  Toggle Set Automatically to Off.
