Edit workout time on Charge 3

I forgot to turn off my "workout tracker" after my workout.  An hour later I realized that I forgot to turn it off.  Now it shows that my workout was 2 hours instead of 1 hour.  How do I change the time of my workout.  I opened the Fitbit app on my android phone, selected the workout that I needed to edit and then selected the Edit icon (the pencil).  It only gave me the the option of exporting data or deleting my workout.  Is there a way to change the workout time?  Thank you

Welcome on board @JoZ, it's nice to see you around here! I'd just like to add that if you edit a workout you tracked from your tracker and not a manually entered activity, you will only be able to edit the name for the workout to any exercise it was that you were doing. When it comes to editing the time, this is not currently something you can do which I totally understand that is a little bit frustrating because sometimes it also happens to me. I can recommend going to the Feature Request board where I was able to find this request for having the ability to edit exercises that you might find handy and add your vote and comments.

Thanks a lot for your help my friend @NellyG

Hope this answers your question and let me know if you need anything else!

I believe you can do it on the website dashboard rather than the app. On the dashboard, tap the exercise tile and select 'More'. That will take you to a page that allows you to edit activities. Please come backnif you are still having problems.

Hello,
I tried that but it only gave me the option to edit the name of the activity or delete the activity data.

The web app does not appear to have this function (now October 2020), however the duration of the exercise may be modified very easily on the ios app.

If you open the activities, tap on the particular exercise then hit the ... menu, there is an "Edit Exercise Details" option which allows you to edit the start/stop/distance.
