Excercise stops on its own

I've got a charge 3 and whenever I am doing an excercise it stops tracking it automatically. I went for an hour and a half walk earlier and I had to restart it 10 times

Hello @SunsetRunner you have posted in the Android App section, does that mean you start the exercise through the Fitbit app on the phone?
