Exercise Distance Not Tracked

Hi, after using my charge 3 for a year just as a step counter, I decided to track my bike ride yesterday. Upon completion it tracked as 13miles in the exercise section, however it didn't add it on to the dashboard. Is this how it is supposed to work? The dashboard updated the active minutes from my bike ride, just not the distance. Can anyone help? Thanks Kate X

Hello @SunsetRunner when you look at the event, does it show up as a 13 mile ride?

It sounds like miles are being recorded, but since these miles are not step based miles, your correct, they will not show up in the daily distance.

Hey @Rich_Laue Yes, it shows 13 miles in the event and I presumed it would add them to daily distance, as it had taken into account my active minutes from the bike ride on my dashboard. Thanks for your response, it's much appreciated X

Nope @SunsetRunner your daily distance is based on steps. Any non step activities will not be added
