My charge 3 has lost the exercise categories.
I used to press exercise, find the exercise type then press to start the timing.
now the only exercise type I have is Pilates. Every category has changed to Pilates.
ive checked for updates, synched...
help!

Hi @SunsetRunner Id suggest you try restarting the Charge 3 several times and then set up your exercise shortcuts again. If that doesnt help, try a Long Restart and set up shortcuts again. Please come back here if that doesnt fix it.
CHARGE 3 LONG RESTART
Plug the device into the charging cable. While the device is plugged into the charging cable, hold the button down for 15 seconds. Remove your finger from button. Note: Device won't have a smiley face icon and should be off with a black screen. Remove the device from the charging cable. Plug the device into the charging cable again. The smiley face icon appears on the screen.

Well I guess thatnis OK if you do a lot of Pilates! But it wouldnt work for me lol. I will flag your post for a Moderators assistance.

Same problem here, changes in my exercise buttons are not displayed on my Fitbit. Just a showing pilates 😞

Same problem as well; unable to select any activities other than ‘Run’ or ‘Pilates’. Fine yesterday, so new fault developed today?? All suggestions welcomed.

Same problem here, it started this morning. Did FitBit roll an update out? It's a little ridiculous that this problem was first reported in 2019 and there is no fix.
