Around december 2021, the display started getting darker.
And a few days ago, I really think the display's already broken.
Please help.
Already went to a reseller in our place they said they couldn't help us.
I'm in CAGAYAN DE ORO, PHILIPPINES.
I feel bad since this was a wedding anniversary gift last September 2020, and it hasn't been 2 years since then and the device is already broken.

Make sure you are not in Sleep Mode, keeping the display dim.

Yours lasted longer than mine did. My screen went black at 14 months, all other functions still work but it is useless. If you read the forums you’ll see that this is one of several major flaws with the Charge 4. Contact support, if you are within the warranty they will offer you 50% off another device or a refurbished replacement. At one time Fitbit and their devices where known for their quality not anymore. Good luck

I hate it when this happens.
