Why can’t I set up a charge 3 on a family account for my 11 year old? It only gives me the option of an Ace.
I shouldn’t be forced into lying about her age and have her own account that I can’t monitor.
Lying is not how I was raised! Or how I will raise my kids, even little white lies.
She has the Charge because the Ace is not very aesthetically pleasing to her age, especially when her younger brother has one. Actually I shouldn’t have to explain MY choice in purchasing. Like a previous post said CHOICE should be left to parents.

It’s so frustrating!
ive always loved fitbit but this is a joke!
My husband set up my sons ace and I can’t be a guardian on it as i’m already part of a family- with my daughter - who can’t add her charge!!
extremely disappointed with the whole thing. Not to mention the money we spent!!

Same issue. My sons Garmin, he got a few years ago, failed and he wanted one like mine. Not able to set up family. So back to the shop it goes and a Garmin he will have again.
I do like my Fitbit, does everything I want it to do, but no family connectivity so when I replace it I'm going to a Garmin like my Wife and other children have.
Pity Fitbit don't improve their connectivity.
