Faulty strap on Charge 4

Like many others, my strap has broken and I have contacted customer service to report the fault. I have received an email offering a new strap but they do not have the colour of my strap available and have offered a different colour. Why should I not be able to have the strap that is the colour of my Fitbit? This is really frustrating. Any advice welcome.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @rugbychick. I´m sorry to hear about your Charge 4 strap and that there´s no the right color available. 

 

I would suggest getting the color that is available at this time so you can continue wearing your tracker.
