My Charge 4 display has been getting dimmer and dimmer despite being fully charged. The brightness setting is set to Normal. The display has disappeared all together now. Anyone else having the same problem?

My screen is totally black, makes the watch useless, did you find a resolution

Hi Lynda70.
I went onto the Fitbit website and had a web chat with Alejandro who talked
me through various tests with the watch, of course with no display, I
couldn’t really tell them what was happening. After about 15 minutes of
messing about it was concluded that the watch was faulty. It was still
under warranty so I had the option of replacing it like for like or
upgrading to a different model at 50% discount. I opted for an upgrade to a
newer model which after ordering took about a week to deliver.

Thank you John, unfortunately mine is no longer under warranty so it looks like a new one
