Feedback about Charge 2 and Support provided

I will never buy another Fitbit.... The one I have is less than 2 yrs old, it was a gift from my daughter while in high school and it has completely stopped working a week after the screen went black.  Fitbit is more interested in making a buck than taking care of its customers.

 

Furthermore, there were no issues until after it did an update which Fitbit initiated....  I will also be dumping my stock in Fitbit as I will not associate with a company that refuses to own up to its own mistakes and will not take care of their customers.

Please take in consideration that our customer Customer Support team refers to our warranty policies when it comes to a warranty-related process if all the troubleshooting steps that are applicable to resolve your concern are exhausted with no avail, therefore, I recommend you to check our policies in full here

You folks at Fitbit don't get it.... There are literally thousands of users that are experiencing the exact same issue with their Fitbit.  
There is no way that the issues we are having are caused by us, the user.  Each one corresponds with an update from Fitbit.
Your lack of support is more than frustrating, it will cost you business.  I for one will not purchase another Fitbit product because I can not trust Fitbit to stand behind their products.  If they were only $40-$50 for one then it wouldn't be as big of a deal, but they aren't, and I will not nor will I support someone else paying hundreds of dollars for a product that will quit on them in a year to a year and a half.
