So this past Saturday my charge 3 started vibrating like crazy, along with the screen switching through different menus on its own. It also wouldn't hold a charge AT ALL! I noticed a lot of people complaining about the same things, which can't be a coincidence! I noticed today all of a sudden a firmware update was available, which I hoped would fix the problem, but I've been trying to run it all day, and it keeps failing. This is beyond frustrating!! I've had this model for just over a year now, and it's never done anything like this. The lights to check my HR are no longer working at all either. These products cost too much money to just go out like this out of nowhere, with no fix! This is crazy Fitbit!!!
