I've had my Fitbit Charge 2 for about 2-3 years and lately it loses its charge within two to three days. What is the life span of a battery for a Fitbit Charge 2? Can one get a replacement battery or do I need to buy another Fitbit?
Is your fitbit syncing to your app on phone or computer. I had this same issue and found out my fitbit had not synced in over a month. I actually think the bluetooth is continually trying to connect and causes the device to lose charge quicker. Perhaps it's not your battery at all.
So, I've just synced it. It hadn't synced since May 22nd, so maybe that's the answer. I'll know in a few days. In the meantime, thanks for that excellent suggestion!
