Hi, 

 

The fit bit, which is just 1 year old is not working all of a sudden yesterday. Multiple issues. 

 

First, it kept vibrating until the battery got drained. Second, when I charged it, it was stuck to the smiley face. I tried to follow the suggested solutions posted here in the community, and I got it turned on, at least for a while. When it was turned on, the third problem was it kept on moving non-stop from the clock face to the notification / screen wake, until the battery completely drained again. Fourth, when I charged it got stuck to a a white line. How do I get it working again?
