Device has disinterested.
I have a Device. I have several straps. The plastic bit on the device has disintegrated and so it won't attach to the strap.
I've LOVED what fitbit has done for my step count, but I feel there's NO customer service for a product that isn't cheap.
Can anyone suggest something that isn't "sellotape it to your wrist " before I buy a similar product that has a has some level of customer service?

Hi @Hackedoff332 as long as the pebble part still works, you can get a wrap around band that encompasses it and has worked well for others. Amazon is where they purchased it.
